The service board or service provider may suspend or terminate the service of a consumer who does not pay the prescribed fee or does not pay the fee within the prescribed time in accordance with this Act or the prevailing law.
(2) Upon termination of the service as per sub-section (1), the service will be provided again if the consumer pays the fees and other charges to be paid to the board or the service provider.
